Hi friends, today I dedicated myself to testing the Sonicake B-Factory, a bass preamp that has a very interesting overdrive!
I tried pushing the EQ, gave my Sire V7 Vintage bass a bit of gas with the smooth yet punchy overdrive of this pedal and finally used the built-in compressor.
In this video I introduce this bass pedal trying to offer you a natural sound recording.
I recorded two separate tracks: one track follows the chain from the bass to the B-Factory, then from the jack output to the Orange Terror Bass 1000 amplifier and from its output to the audio interface; the second track records the chain from the bass to the B-Factory and from its XLR output to the audio interface.
You can notice at the bottom right a box that always indicates which track you are listening to, even when the pedal is in bypass.
I hope it is exhaustive and entertaining at the same time.
Please do not overdo it with Kojaq and Mayonej!
