Mr Jimmy one of your pastors came to Washington County back years ago to preach in a tiny church in a community called Seed Tick…,I think his name was Ron if my mind serves me correctly…. I was blind in my left eye… I went to 5 different doctors in the weeks before this particular service… and every single doctor couldn’t tell me my problem with my eye… I was in terrible shape my brother… but pastor Ron opened the service with the words of “Yall get ready for the Holy Ghost Rain…” it never rained that night physically… but as I set on that pew with my wife at the time… and I heard rain outside… it sounded like a storm going on outside but I knew on my ride going to church that night that the moon and stars were shining bright… It was a beautiful bright night full of stars and nearly a full moon… but before the service even started as my wife and I sat down waiting for the service to start I seen brother Ron on the front pew facing forward…. I had a patch covering my eye… I couldn’t see out of it… but as I set there waiting for service to start I started hearing rain falling on top of the church building… I looked over to my wife and said,,, honey do you hear the rain… she said no… I turned an put my head down and said within myself “Lord I lost my eye sight now I’m loosing my mind… and the rain got even harder hitting the roof… I turned again to my wife and said honey do you hear that rain it’s storming… she said no again… and I said within myself again “Lord I am loosing my mind… and it got even harder beating the roof so bad I figured it would collapse…. I looked at my wife the 3rd time… will you please go to the door and see if it’s raining and her reply was Kent to shut you up I’ll go look… she got up and went to door and came back and said “you must be loosing your mind “ Oh Lord!!! Then I said within myself,,, you not loosing your mind,, you already lost your mind… I mean it was pure storming outside… then Ron stood up and said “Get ready for the rain,,, get ready for the Holy Ghost Rain… and I felt warm oil hit me top of my head and it slowly went down to my feet… and when the warmness left my body.. God spoke to my heart and said “son take that patch off… so I did… I been seeing great ever sense… that has been just guessing,,, 8/10 years ago…. Amen…. I love you guys!!! Thanks Jesus for what You done for me at the Cross!!!
