Most problems are intertwined, sometimes to get to a root of a problem, you have to look at the whole ball of yarn and not just one piece. Most problems feed back and forth with other problems along with other problems. If you fix one problem it wont stay fixed because you did'nt fix the cause. You can fix up a neighborhood but if you dont fix the drug and unemployment problem that can be caused by corporate exploitation, and an uncohesive culture, then the people in the neighborhood are going to destroy it again because they just dont appreciate it.
