Today I review the Pulled Pork Sandwich from Sonny's BBQ! I ordered this sandwich as part of their BIG DEAL COMBO where you get the sandwich, one side and a beverage.
This BIG DEAL COMBO comes with their famous slow-smoked Pork, either pulled and piled or sliced and stacked on garlic bread, 1 side and a drink. Available in Regular and Large. ($13.99)
I was REALLY in the mood for some pulled pork so I decided to show you what you get as part of this Combo. I got a Large Sweet tea and a side of Mac and Cheese! I also ordered an appetizer of Red Neck Pork Eggrolls!

I don’t care for the mcrib either but I don’t think it’s fair to compare a cheap fast food rib type sandwich to a more premium high priced pulled pork sandwich just saying

Depends. When fast food is encroaching on specialty prices….all is fair

There are literally people who will drive to another state for a mcrib, so the point he is making is that you can get a pulled pork sandwich from a BBQ place near you that isn't a weird processed patty. Also, Arby's is a fast food joint and are selling a rib sandwich with real unprocessed rib at the moment. They also have their bbq brisket sandwich which is a permanent menu item. It is way better than a mcrib, and I can confirm it is unprocessed brisket having worked there before.

I hear you, here in the mid states where I'm at don't have many options, buy some pork butt and slow cook it for 10hrs. always great videos the endorsement!

Mac and cheese is usually just kinda bland if not done right. It needs some extra sharp cheddar in the mix and salt and pepper to taste right.

How about some meatball sub reviews. The newspaper here in Cleveland ranked Subway last out of 5 places and first went to Firehouse subs. Although I remember last time you went there and the price.

Which is crazy from his last Firehouse review because Firehouse in our area rocks. I have it just under Schlotsky’s which I have #1 but Firehouse is solid here.

if that sandwich is a large, then you got ripped off. the side was sooooo small. and over sweet tea sucks. $14.00 is way too much for that

Even though I love the McRib, I would definitely get this sandwich instead if I could! Looks so tender and delicious! Didn't know eating a pulled pork sandwich on buttery garlic bread was an option! Game changer indeed!
