i had some trouble to pair this device, and found out that the router must be also in wifi (b) mode. So it must be in b/g/n mode and not only g/n. otherwise the DW2 will not pair!!

One problem is that the response time of the device is random. Can vary from a few seconds to over a minute.

The notification doesn't work anymore only if you pay... Is there any other app you can use it with and that gives you a notification?

Hello, do you know if this Door Sensor, which is Wi-Fi, can trigger Alexa routines? I am positive that same can be done with its Zigbee alternative. I have added mine (Wi-Fi) to Alexa and created my routine. When I manually push the button to trigger the routine, the routine works fine. But automatically same cannot be done.. Can you please help?!

Hello Varga, I have bought multiple sonoff dw2 devices and I haven’t been able to connect any of those. I get the error code 6304 - what ever that stands for. I have tried connecting them through my iPhone, my iPad and an android phone. All with the same disappointing result. I find the devices in the ewelink Bluetooth list, but after it tries to connect to the WiFi it bails our after just 20 sec with that error code (6304). Since I can’t set the device to compatible mode, which usually works around every problem with sonoff, I really don’t know what to do. So you have any tips or ideas on what the problem can be?
