I watched the P. Pixel guys review first, but I gotta say i learned here even more about the camera! Awesome location, great action shots and a bunch of little details about the camera itself. Love it!

Great review! No marketing hype! This is the type of review I like to see. You put the camera into action sports on stills and videos! I will have given you 5* if part of the review has action sports or stunts indoors where lighting is limited and no flash allowed. Thank you for an excellent review.

you guys didn't mentioned about overheating issue. out side on sunshine how long can record on 120 fps/ 60 fps/24 fps.on asian country outside have 30 degree above. so is it okey to use here? i don't want to buy those things that have many features but can't use it something like that. thats why need to know about overheating issue.

I'm all about the slow-mo video (yeah I know its just me), but I'd love to see a featurette which explores that aspect of the video feature (S&Q Function). Otherwise this looks like a nice camera for APS-C shooters who weren't sold on the A6600 improvements over the very capable A6400 and EV series.

Thanks for the review! So, given that you have reviewed both - deciding between this and the XT5 for wildlife and landscape, which would you guys choose?

Hi and thanks for watching. Both camera's are going to be really good for both landscape and wildlife. I haven't shot those two camera's side by side yet. The form factor of these two might sway you one way or the other, especially with long glass. The Fuji has a viewfinder on top, more traditional and in line with the centre of the lens, The Sony is a rangefinder style with a viewfinder off to the side. So many specs to compare, FPS, sensors types, AF performance, ect. Well worth heading to your local store with a SD card and seeing if you can try both out. Currently have the a6600. Will upgrade to the a6700. But, no hurry. Mainly shoot full frame Sony cameras.

I am with the lady, 11fps is enough for most applications. When I use my Sony A1 on 30fps I sometimes have over 3,000 shots to go through from a couple hours session. Only the fastest subject, like kingfisher diving requires 30fps.

We used a variety of lenses. 16-55mm G, the new 70-200mm F4 G, 16-50mm, 18-135mm... I think that was it. :)

I am currently using. A a6300 I primarily shoot stills not big on video if I want to shoot video I use my iPhone 12 pro max but I might be tempted to upgrade to a used 6600 since the 6700 is coming out

10 or 11 fps is way good enough, if you do high+ all the time, it will be very annoying to remove the too much files. Espeywhen it’s raw format. Even 5-6 is enough. It’s those KZfaqrs that push this narrative. I never shoot more than in Mid setting.

Hi and thanks for the comment. I agree that for the most part 10 FPS is enough. Depending on what you are shooting though having that extra FPS can come in handy. It's all about having the option with these cameras. Cheers.

I wish they had change its design and made it a bit bigger in size, my hands are small and i use a 6400, it feels so tiny and ergonomically off..🤕🤕🤕🤕

That's what the full frame cameras are for. Making the crop sensor cameras bigger than they need to be defeats the purpose of their portability.

I totally know what you mean! I have large hands and hated the way the a6400 felt while shooting… so I actually invested in a “SmallRig Cage” for it and Boom!! Never felt happier!! 🎉

Yet again a camera company has imposed the damn side hinged selfie screen on us. A tilt screen is so much better. I really don’t want to have to reach over with my left hand, pull out, twist and re-align every time I want to shoot low or high. Then I have to look left away from the axis of the lens constantly as I’m shooting. Then if I want to continue using the screen I have to leave it sticking out to the side which isn’t just inconvenient it also tells everyone you’re shooting. It’s not discreet. Then I’d have to repeat all of the above again and again when I want to place it back in place. The tilt… it’s so much quicker, literally a finger flick and it’s behind the camera constantly. It’s discreet, fast and unobtrusive. Why do camera manufacturers think all we do is vlog or take selfies? I’ve shot around 500 weddings and events now and do you know what… I’ve never once had to shoot myself.

I think the mechanism on the A7RV or panasonic S1H that is both tilt and flip is the best compromise and should become more mainstream. That may bring down the cost of the mechanism. I'm not sure it can be made much smaller though for these compact style bodies.

@@EquatorialVillager Agreed. Once the tilt-flip combo was invented, it's just insulting that they force one or the other on other models. Much prefer the tilt version over this flip out selfie nonsense, which just seems like breakage waiting to happen and is also very annoying to use. Video people need to get off my damn lawn!!!
