Thanks for info, Sony is good brand, I have one stereo receiver and some Sony speakers, work well. Shame they move all production ti China, in good old days Made in Japan HiFi was top quality, this days Japans HiFi brands not have quality and devolepment like in Japan.

+Miloje Nikolovski I personally like old style hifi systems with lot of buttons and sound settings. And they last forever. I bought lot of newer home cinemas and they are faulty. 50% faulty, always something doesn't work.

Yes it is. You can do it trough music port or using aux connection. If you use music port you will need jack to jack cable. Second option is to use aux to jack cable like I'm doing on video. Dvd player change to aux mode , red and white put like I put in dvd player and Jack connection put in pc.

Hi I think you cant connect to your pc.

It's very strange I never seen it before. Do you have remote controller or do you change functions manually on dvd player? Let's check settings in dvd menu. Or try to vacuum buttons on dvd player there might be some dirt or dust and button might be stuck.

My music systems channel I do not have a remote so everything is done manually that is if the power button allows me to turn it on. Sometimes i have to push the power button 10 times before it powers up and if that works i still can't select CD AM/FM etc

There is app called SURE REMOTE CONTROL. What you need is mobile phone with INFRARED. Download that app and you can use it as remote controller. Or as I told you before take DVD player cover off and try to clean buttons.
