A guy was getting rid of older equipment so he sold me a 2000 Sony DCR PC 3 and 8 tapes for 25 bucks, steal of a deal and I ordered a new high capacity battery off Amazon, perfect, love the old style video

Need to know what cable you used to get the live feed off the camera onto the tv. Normal red white and yellow av cables aren’t working for me

This was my dream camcorder back in 2004. I was surprised with the visual and audio capability from this compact device.. I was using a jvc vhs camcorder then before finally investing to buy a panasonic md 9000 in 2006... Good memories of the tape era

I have adaptor memory stick and 1gb memory stick dup pro (i use it for my digital camera sony tx10) So i can record video with this handycam without using tape or miniDV, and using only stick duo pro memory??? Its that possible??

Yes, with a tape less recorder, it requires a certain sd card i think

The memory stick is only for taking still images, you're going to still need Mini DV tapes for filming
