I wanna say thank you for bringing light to the NEX cameras. These amazing budget options helped get my friend into photography for really cheap and made an amazing back up/every day carry around.

It would be cool if you can remove this sensor and replace it on a newer sony body example a7III. just imaging all the processing power of y Bionz chip and the 16mp sensor (low light beast)

Did you know if there’s any chance to change the lenguaje from Japanese? I bought one and I can’t

it has been nine months since your comment so I believe you’re probably have figured it out. But in case you haven’t, or someone else has the same problem, my suggestion would be to open the Google translate app on your phone and open the Translate from camera functionality. You would just need to show menus in Japanese to your phone and the app will translate the text images to your language.
