Got the Sony WF-C500, I am very very happy with them. It's actually my first high quality TWS and I would recommend them! I would like to try the Jabra Elite 3 as well since everyone here seems to to vouch for Jabras!

Is yours still working? I got some but the right bud stopped working after 3 months. I sent the to the manufacturer and got some new ones. And the right one stopped working again after a few weeks.

hi, for the elite 3, when we use the earphones one by one, is it possible to increase - decrease the volume, switch to the next - previous song, no matter left or right. My second question is, can my brother use the other headset on another device while using one of the headphones? Finally, does it hurt the ear because the headphones are not touch?

1:22 oh man, you really help me with that info, I wasn't able to find if the jabra had that option, I had the Sennheiser TWS 2 and you can only use the right earbud and leave the left one in the case, after a couple of months the left stopped connecting with the right earbud and I wasn't able to reconnect it again, I heard that most earbuds with that technology have the same problem in most brands, that why I'm looking for earbuds like this ones, I have to buy a couple for my sisters jaja

Lost my AirPods Pro and bought these Sonys. Honestly, they fit better and they’re a lot cheaper and better battery life. Only thing is that they don’t have passive sound so you’ll always have passive noise cancelation meaning you may not be as aware of your surroundings.

I've got the WF-C500 yesterday, really seems that the Jabra has 2 or 3 better features, but I choose the Sony because of the small size and design in ear. I spent like 1 h to equalize it via app to make sound with enough bass as my old cable earbuds Senheisser CX300. Since I'm not using mocrophone at all I think I'm happy with it for now. Great and very pro production in your videos congrats.

I bought a WF-C500 in January 2023. After very little use, the left ear suddenly got very hot and stopped working. Sony did not agree to replace or repair.

@@Mandy_39 from my experience.. When I buy cheap stuff that as good as expensive one... Yes they are... really good..no doubt But the question is how long they'll last without any problem... I have a lot of cheap but good stuff But they fall apart very easily Like I have phone that have high end specs but mid-range price..... But battery die 1year of daily use, now it completely dead coz I can't open after fix TWS I have it yes they sound good no problem as start... After 1 year...? No there no after for cheap stuff that have used year or so.. Now I save buy good stuff and good care of Believe me I have learned hard way that not to cheap everything sometimes you deserve better

@@XNDEZ not necessarily true, I've been using xiaomi buds I got for 40 bucks 2 years ago and all that's decayed is their battery life, to the point where they last less than 2 hours without needing to recharge them in the case, forcing me to upgrade.

Excellent review. I've just purchased the Jabra Elite 4Active. I did consider the Sony WF-C500 as a similarly priced alternative. Fortunately, my parter has a pair of the Sony buds, giving me the opportunity to try them out. Yes, they sound just fine, but I did not enjoy the fit. I found them a lot less comfortable than my previous, cheapo buds, so thought I'd give the Jabra buds a try, as they are only slightly more expensive than the Sony option, and have ANC. Thanks for taking the time to share.

So this is for everyone wondering about the Jabra brand ...in the span of 1 year and 3 months I've gone through 3 pairs of Jabra earbuds, two Jabra 75T and 1 pair of Jabra elite active 4. All three of the pairs gave me an issue where one earbud started to fail...low volume or no volume at all. 1st pair of 75T stopped working only after 3 months...the second pair last longer and then started to fail... unfortunately the Elite active 4 failed after 9 months. Now I picked up the Sony earbuds on sale and got myself warranty coverage...so I'm hoping these will work more than a year. I also got the warranty option for the elite active 4, and will be getting a store credit which I will buy the WFC 700s. Don't buy Jabra, regardless of the features they are doomed to fail.

I've just picked up the Sony WF C500s for 45 in the sales and got to say they are superb for the price. It took a little plauing around with the EQ but Sonys sound is unmatched, imo.

The new Jabra fit is really bad for small ear canals. They go way too deep and it is painful with every silicone tip. 65t fit really well, 75t was pretty good, 85t not great at all. These look to be the same as 85t. Their call and audio quality have always been really great though.

I am a fan of Sony products and trust them, but that doesn't mean I won't venture off to try out competitive products. I've had many ear cans, Sennheiser, Audio Technica, Bose, and Sony included....Now I wanted to get a budget ear bud but wanted to try out something outside of Sony and man I'm glad I did. I picked up the Elite 3 for $70 and it's sweet. The music quality in mid-high are decent. The best qualities of Elite 3 for me are the snug comfort fitting design and very intuitive controls. They are button controls and works better than touch controls. The Jabra did not disappoint.

Jabra elite 3, have a hissing sound or white noise in the background. Easy to notice while listening to podcasts or songs with a volume of more than 60 percent. I have returned them.

Jabra elite 75t problem with charging box. Arggrr new boxed and listen once, great sound and now after hard reset and other tries, still no. Luck. Need to send it back as the charging case doesn't charge : and this is not a bad luck as I've heard few complaints about 75t

None. Go get yourself a good headphone amp with bass boost switches, gain, and a good lossless player and wired headphones or IEMs and then you'll have good bass. I got the Sonys and I find that none of my wireless BT phones or IEMs have tons of bass, or amp power, due to the limitations of BT and wireless per se. And the device you might be using. Don't bother...get a wired amped setup. I use a pair of Beyerdynamic Custom Studio Pro wired phones, and they have tons and tons of bass.

Had the jabra’s and i sold them after a week. I even preferred using my Anker TWS for 25$. Why? The treble is so harsh it’s impossible using them. Unless you turn down your volume very low. The EQ is very limited and even with reduced treble, it’s still very harsh.

A word of caution…Jabra Elite 75 T Active has huge issues with connectivity (not sure about Elite 3). The left ear bud stops playing music after some time. Though both are still connected to carry out the functions (volume, ANC ETC), but no sound (gradually fades away) on the left ear buds (right one works fine), especially after you pause the music. This is irrespective of the battery level. To make matters worse, Jabra customer support is practically non-existent. There are KZfaq videos of this issue, but the remedies don’t work. Please research before buying Jabra.

@@_Makunyane I'm enjoying them a lot. The only downside I've experienced so far is their inability to connect to a 2nd device without unpairing first from the 1st device. I don't understand how current earbuds can't do this. I have a 4-year old pair of Tranyas that can connect to any device just by clicking it on the Bluetooth list -- no unpairing necessary. Oh, and also the HearThrough mode isn't as effective as I'd hope it would be.

Sony WF-C500-I've been having an issue where whenever I play audio i hear an audible hissing noise coming from the pair of earbuds. It doesn't matter what volume I'm at; the hissing is consistent. When I stop playing any type of audio, whether it's from a youtube video or spotify, the hiss is present. When I stop playing audio the hissing continues for a few seconds before it stops.Anyone else experiencing this exact issue?Can it be repaired?

I got the Jabra 3 and I returned them the very next day. They have a hissing sound that is very annoying is like if the mic would be open all the time probably a firmware error. Is a shame because they sound good and have a great range connection, better than jbl pro flow and the same bass for half the price, but is like listen an old LP record all the time so returned.

As a woman I will aways choose the smaller / flatter profile. For Saftey, security, work and sociaI reasons NEED to hear my surroundings at ALL times. Peronally ANC is no Bueno for my lifestyle. My choice hands dowm: Sony for its smallness and simplicity of use.

Just got the jabra and there is a constant white noise sound. I’ve seen this mentioned by others as well. I love the fit and the white noise is minimal but it’s still an annoyance

Returned both as I'm using the skullcandy grind fuel. The Sony used 360 sound, a paid feature. (no sure if I used them wrong) The jabra's nor the sony met my edm music. As the skullcandy had additional eq settings that worked well to my suprise. At a fraction of the cost through Costco.

Excellent comparison. The Jabra wins in call quailty by far. And they cost 20 bucks less. In my opinion, Jabra is the best brand manufacturing earbuds in the world right now. Regards from Spain!!!!

Jabra has a lot of experience making corporate telephony gear. I’ve been with a couple of companies that uses Jabra gear for corporate telephony needs, and I know a few people who are using the phone all day, and they swear by it. So, it makes sense why their voice/call quality it great by comparison to Sony - who usually sells well with customers who are consuming audio traditionally aka listening to music, and dont care to have the best call/voice quality but just good enough when they need it.
