Outside of heat issues the phone definitely has. I never had a problem with the device. Maybe you got a defective unit which it does happens.

Hmm.. frequent shutdowns and freezes!? You clearly have an outdated OS running on it as I cam see by the footage. Upgrading to Android 13 helps a lot. I am using the Xperia Pro i regularly since its release on my channel to produce videos. It is working fine.
