I just made a comment about this, so don't mind me copy-pasting it here :) 'The obvious answer would be to visit a proctologist (highly specialised medical doctors that are trained to treat issues with the gastrointestinal tract, but specifically for issues involving the anus, rectum, and colon, a.k.a. colorectal surgeons.) If something is lodged or stuck in your anus, you need to visit a doctor that's specialised in the area of concern. All surgeons would use the same or similar tools, so it doesn't matter if it is or isn't a dentist if it was just teeth being pulled out. However, again, because of the location of these hypothetical set of gnashers, and the risks and specific body placement the person would need to be sedated into, a proctologist would be who you go to. To further explain, imagine a situation where a child got a piece of LEGO® stuck in their ear. You wouldn't visit the manufacturing company in Denmark for help, but an otolaryngologist (an Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist).
