For beginners: Use a lightweight swirler, plastic is fine. Put NO pressure on the swirler as you turn it and make sure you have enough batter. Swirl right after you pour the batter and you should wet the swirler with water prior to swirl (not dripping wet by wet). That will save you a lot of misery when you begin to learn how to make crêpes. Also, pronunciation, crêpes do not have a long "a" sound, it does not rhyme with "ape". It has a short "e" sound and rhymes with the word "set" or "get".

the 2nd shop, crispy crepe with egg ham and fake crab stick look similar to Thai style.yummy! Actually, I like all those crepe but that one is my favorite.

Ça reste des fruits surgelés et non frais. Je préfere la confiture aux fruits surgelés personnellement. Vous n'avez pas l'air d'utiliser beaucoup de confiture au japon de ce que j'ai vu.

En algunos lugares si lo hacen, pero queda bien un solo lado ya que la mezcla queda bien delgada y rápido se cocina hay cliente que si la piden de ambos lados es al gusto👅
