Home Free is so good. You should listen to Brothers in Arms, I Can’t Outrun You if you want to hear bass. This is an old one. Chris Rupp (brother of Adam Rupp, the beatboxer)is in it. He’s wearing the cowboy hat. He left the band in 2016 and was replaced by Adam Chance, we call him Chance. Anyway, great reaction. They have a lot of originals out now too. 🥰

I love when you react to Home Free! They are an amazingly talented bunch of guys. Since you love Tim’s bassy voice, you should take a listen to his solo material-I think you would particularly like Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay. Austin and Chance also have wonderful solo work on their channels. And, last but not least, you might enjoy hearing Rob and Austin singing opera over on Austin’s channel. This one is a blast from the past (post-Sing Off win). How far they’ve come from this one! They were really, really good! Now they’re phenomenally spectacular, and still evolving! They’ve recently released a brand new album titled “So Long Dixie” with mostly originals written/co-written by Tim and/or Austin. They’ve released 3 or 4 videos (I lost count) so far. I hope you react to them!

If you're fond of bassy boys, you're missing of the best by not checking out Voiceplay. Geoff Castellucci is their bass (and also has his own solo KZfaq channel), and he is phenomenal. Voicplay has an incredible Wicked Medley (the Broadway musical) that I think you'd love!

Another fun mashup of songs. I was not familiar with most of them except "I Want Crazy" that they did on the Sing Off. Love how they are able to mix the songs together so seamlessly. Great harmonies, bass & beatboxing. Everything these guys do is magic!

The band performed the third part of this in an amazing barnstorming performance in the Sing Off, the TV contest that Home Free won back in 2013. Despite the fact that Austin looks about 15 years old and has the smile of an angel, he was in fact in his late 20s at the time this was released. He recorded a cover of the 2nd part , Wanted, on his channel last year but was in an unfortunate beard period so although it is a lovely performance, it doesn't have the charm of this version. You might cast an ear over his channel, which is full of beautiful covers as well as his own originals. In particular you might be interested in a performance of Nessun Dorma by the Home Free tenors, Austin and Rob - it's quite surprising.

I guess you're far enough down the worm hole to watch Mayday now. It will knock your socks off. Its like a little Easter egg from Home Fries for newbies. I love your reactions!

I didn't like that he did it: I still had my bow and arrows, I wanted to gallop across those huge midwestern prairies that stretched on inside my head to infinity. But I never got mad at him; I always knew he had his reasons for doing so. Maybe my grandfather had explained to him in that language that they understood that he couldn't let me fall, or maybe he already knew that a little girl is more fragile than a blade of grass.

Austin actually sounds a lot like Hunter Hayes, this was a great medley and cover of theirs. One of my favorites. It shows off three of the guys really well. And Chris is doing a great job of holding down the bass when Tim is otherwise occupied. And Adam just is fricking fabulous. If you get the opportunity to go see them in concert, go see them, Adam does a drum solo and it's amazing and so long, it's amazing he can keep going as long as he does, and then continue the show.

Austin has a great solo version of Wanted on his solo channel. They also did I Want Crazy on Season 4 of The Sing-Off.

I don't know if you are aware of this, but Pentatonix was on a show called "The Sing Off" years ago, as a matter of fact, Mitch, the high tenor was still in high school when they were on the show! Anyway, Pentatonix ended up winning that season. The year after, Home Free was on the next season, they ended up winning on that year.... you can go on to you tube and search "The Sing off - Pentatonix" and you will be able to find all of their performances, and the same for Home Free.... just thought you'd like to know!
