So peaceful. I'm grieving the loss of my son 14 weeks ago today. I put my Bose headphones on and listened. For the first time since my son's loss I have felt peace and relaxation so much that I fell asleep...it was awesome. Thank you.

Sweet Mother, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my daughter a little over a year ago. The pain never goes away, every day, for the rest of our lives we grieve.... But when I see beautiful images like this - Id like to think that where our children are now looks like this and that they are with our ancestors. Safe, healed and surrounded by unimaginable beauty. My heart is with you.

Try to cheer up. Times now are so difficult but we must try to overcome the bad and the ugly. There is light at the other end. I have cancer, Stage IV but try to hold up. There is so much beautiful music on the Internet you wouldn't believe it. Try listening to Celtic Woman, or Gregorian, or Enya, all of them offer the peace and beauty you may be seeking and also, when alone, try to be strong and tell yourself that you can be alive and alone, and be a survivor. Take care.

I will definitely try it. As long as it takes. 6 years ago my than fiance pushed me to the streets in Orlando, FL.....after flying back to him to get married.... I had a terrible seizure on the plane.... Hey....I quess I wasn't a pretty sight when he saw me.....😞😭

Epic. Simply close your eyes and see a pine forest from roughly 1000 years ago. Think about a day when the sun is shining and a gentle, warm breeze is blowing. There are birds singing, and you can hear a river nearby. No issues, no anxieties, and no regrets. It certainly feels epic.

I too am suffering a broken heart. My mother died a month ago today, and, her last few days in the hospital, this type of music (part of C.A.R.E. and played on TVs in hospitals) was on. I put the channel on, held her hand for two days until she passed. Very comforting, but sad as it reminds me of her.

Please experiment with 100 hours of Gayatri mantra writing technique to heal yourself both physically as well as mentally. Gayatri mantra writing technique is the most powerful technique of chanting Gayatri mantra giving results at least 10 times more as well as faster than other methods of chanting Gayatri mantra like chanting it and focusing the mind on hearing its sound alone using a bead/mala. In this technique: One has to (i) write 14 words of Gayatri mantra - om bhur bhuvah swah tat savitur varenyam bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyo yo nah prachodayat - one by one on the dark space before the close eyes in the same manner as one would write it on paper with a pen while (ii) simultaneously doing the upanshu chanting of each of 14 words (meaning chanting it from mouth but without producing any sound from mouth as producing sound from mouth will be just wasting one’s priceless energy and is of no use in this technique) and (iii) simultaneously internally listening to the mental sound of the upanshu chanting of each of 14 words - these 3 processes together. Upanshu chanting is required in this technique because the vibrations produced by each of 24 sounds in 14 words activate one of 24 glands in the body. When these 3 processes are done together, the best possible focus/concentration is attained and due to that, the results of this technique is at least 10 times more as well as faster than other methods of chanting Gayatri mantra like chanting it and focusing the mind on hearing its sound alone using a bead/mala. Q. When and how much should one do Gayatri mantra writing? Ans. One should definitely do it while lying on bed for falling asleep.
