Hannah's sections on coincidence was so inspiring. With derealization, coincidences can be terrifying, like this life you have is all made up in your head when really, the things happening in our lives are put in place for a reason, to learn, to trust. Never be afraid of coincidences, listen to them.

I really wish people could think a little bit more like Hannah "it's all relative... everyone's got shit" I feel like this is so important. I was depressed for a couple years. 2 girls I called my friends bullied me and being a sensitive person this made me feel horrible. One of my 'friends' said "There are people far worse off than you so you have no right to feel depressed about getting bullied. don't be so pathetic." My other friend's dad was an alcoholic who ruined her family's life. She had it way worse than me and yet when I told her about how I felt she understood. She laughs off what her dad was like and respected that this was one of the worse things that had happened to me. Hannah is an inspiration.

I watch this every time I feel sad or stressed out, and it's really helpful
