This has epic moments. The vocals are nice & the distortion has a nostalgic quality. Like old school 90's BM. I'm surprised by this. A good release. Thanks BMP. The past few days have just been great stuff back to back.

the whole album is an atmospheric frosty elegy of BM excellence, and i want to add the UNBELIEVABLE cover they made from NECROMANTIA'S WARLOCK , they serve justice to this greek ode , and i give max respect to these quebec freaks \m/

Par un pur hasard je jouais à Bloodborne aujourd'hui, et au vu de la musique et la pochette de cet album je m'y retrouve totalement dans l'esprit de ce jeu. Ce groupe est incroyable, force au Québec !

Ehlich gesagt war Kanada nicht unbedingt ein Land, das ich auf dem Schirm hatte, wenn es um geilen Black Metal geht. Das hat sich gerade geändert. Wenn ich es nicht besser wüsste würde ich sagen, dieses Album stammt aus den späten 90ern, aus Norwegen, Schweden oder auch Finnland. Ein böser, roher und frostiger Sound, passend zum Wetter und meinem seelischen Zustand. Bitte mehr davon!!!

@@-Skaal- Yeah, Frozen Shadows was one of the first Quebecois BM bands I've heard in my life (purchased their "Empires De Glace" tape back in 2000 when I was 21, that old tape is still in my collection). An obscure masterpiece with a strong Emperor vibe, I like to listen to "Empires De Glace" and "Dans Les Bras Des Immortels" right after "In The Nightside Eclipse". The same majestic eerie mood to continue the spiritual journey... My Quebecois faves are Forteresse, Monarque, Csejthe, Sorcier Des Glaces, Gris, Brume d'Automne, Neige Et Noirceur, Cantique Lépreux, Ifernach, Sombres Forêts, Hiverna... and many more (I've counted about 70 Quebecois bands in my collection).
