Although we are technically "working" while we travel, we always try to basque in the moment and have a good time. We definitely bicker off camera but only about how we can make our channel better! It always works out in the end. We appreciate your kind words

For anyone wanting to go to Big Bend, check out Chisos Basin and camp for at least a night after seeing the sunset at the window trail, the stargazing is some of the best in the lower 48, it’s spectacular! Also Emory peak is a good almost 10 mile trail to the highest point in Big Bend. High heat, bugs and sharp things? That’s Texas 😂 it’s beautiful but you gotta earn it. Great video! Also, where’s the Lone Star Beer?

Well, y'all got two excellent trails. But don't wade in the in the mucky Rio Grande! We were there two weeks ago-February was a great time to be there. We did the Boquillas thing...and the hot springs :)

Tarantulas! My family has been to Big Bend twice, once in the spring. You've not lived until you have been at Big Bend during tarantula mating season. They were everywhere, covering the roads, zillions of them! You could not avoid them there were so many. It was actually beautiful, in a creepy crawly kind of way. Beautiful video!

The cub! One of our most memorable animal days in any national park. Almost sure those spiders are tarantulas and apparently there are thousands of them during mating season. eeek! Thanks for watching!

maybe I'm just fat and a big baby but that lost mine trail kicked my butt. I've never hiked before either so I thought meh and didn't think much but I was tired. if you're anything like me and you use this video for ideas the lost mine trail is truly spectacular in terms of scenery and views. funny enough I forgot they did the Santa Elena and that's what we did too the canyon is huge and even the drive up it's just a huge wall it looks amazing. not a long walk either although the river was pretty dry when we went. Big Bend is gorgeous.

Haha lost mine trail is not an easy trail. We had just been living in a car and hiking all summer and in really good shape. This park is incredible and offers so much in every corner. We loved all of it. Thanks for watching!

Almost had to unsubscribe when you starting throwing shade at Shiner 🤪…and that party foul at the end 😫. Awesome y’all got to see the black bear and cub 😍. And yea the tarantulas are a thing..at Palo Duro canyon they come out in the hundreds at night. Like you can’t drive without killing them there is so many 😵‍💫. Bummer y’all didn’t have time for boquillas or balanced rock…next time!

It was so hot I do not think we would have lasted another day but this park is one we will make an effort to return to! haha I think Amber would have a heart attack if we saw hundreds of tarantulas. Sounds like we will not be tent camping in the desert!
