4 cloves - Garlic
1/4 cup - Butter
1/2 cup - Mushroom
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Butter
1/4 cup - Flour
1 cup - Beef stock
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
500 grams - French fries
1/4 cup - Grated cheese
