However, if you are coming from Kansai airport, you can use the Nankai Rapit Limited Express Train to Nankai-Namba station, and it would be an easy 3-min walk to the hotel. The Nankai-Namba station has elevators and escalators, and it is practically just across the street from the hotel. As for depositing your luggage at the hotel, yes, most hotels in Japan allow same day storage before check-in and after check-out.
