Pork chops:
3- thick cut pork chops
Seasoned salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups plain flour (1 cup with added seasoned salt and pepper)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Mac n cheese:
8oz elbow macaroni
6oz Velveeta cheese
6oz sharp cheddar cheese
3-4 slices Swiss cheese
8oz half and half ( in this particular video I used 1/2 milk and 1/2 heavy cream)
1/2 stick butter
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( topping)
** seasoned macaroni water with 1 1/2 tbs chicken boullion
Cabbage:
Med head of cabbage
6 strips bacon
1/2 small onion diced
1 tsp minced garlic ( or one fresh clove)
1 tsp chicken boullion
Salt
Pepper
