La comida esta deliciosa, lol, I really like it, I from Mexico, exactly Cd. Juarez my city is across from El Paso texas, and in my city is very popular eat this kind of Turkey tail, but the only difference is that we cut it in small pieces and put into bread with lettuce, avocado slices, mayo, jalapeños and is really delicious too, but I like your plate with rice, thanks for sharing

I buy these a lot. Some folks might get squeamish about them, as i once did, but when they try them they'll see that they are really that good! Sure, they may be a little bit on the greasy & fatty side but still they are delectable. I make them with egg noodles or sometimes just eat them plain with bbq sauce to dip.

We have been eating turkey tails for almost 30 years.. Back then it was easy to find ...now days its sold out everywhere i look .......try making it in a potato and carrots curry..OMG bomb.com...i have so many ways to make em.....even on the Bbque
