“Soul of a Champion: The Gil Hodges Story” wins an Emmy Award

For decades, one of baseball’s greatest mysteries was Gil Hodges’ absence from the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
A month after the release of this documentary, Gil Hodges was elected into Cooperstown by the Golden Days Era Committee. And on October 7, 2022 this documentary received a Emmy Award in the category of sports documentary at a ceremony held in New York.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to tell the story of Gil Hodges and to have played even a small part in getting him the recognition he so rightly deserves. This Emmy is a tremendous honor but the true victory of producing this film was helping Gil Hodges to finally take his rightful place in the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Wow! This is well deserving …documentary was fantastic and one of the best I have ever seen …I had been promoting across all social media before his hall of fame induction….i would love a poster of this documentary to put in my office ..as a man of faith, Gil Hodges inspired me …do u guys have a poster I can frame of the documentary
