Another non Gundam Action mecha.
One of the 1st japanese robot anime Mazinger Z.
This is the 50th Anniversary Edition of Soul of Chogokin DX line.
I dont have the original release, so i cant tell if this 50th edition is the same or have the same accessories and paint.
This is purely a display piece, i dont recommend playing with it. Purely an Adult collector action figure.
It came with remote that controls what sound you want to play or some weapon call out you want to hear. Its doesnt have a speaker on the remote. the speaker is located in the action figure itself. to be exact, its on the back of the action figure.
overall, i think this 50th anniversary DX mazinger is worth it for us collectors.

Habrá algún truco para dejarle los ojos encendidos? Lo digo por que en varias ocasiones ya me ha salido sin querer que mi mazinger z se quede con los ojos encendidos pero estando asi no hace otro ataque ni nada

There’s no strick in making the eye lights on. It only turns on in certain action in the remote.

Didn't know about the 40th anniversary How does it compare? What's missing and what's added?

The 40th is a different department since it’s a GX not DX. GX is way smaller about 6 to 7 inches tall and DX is about 10 to 12 inches tall.

@@ChinHobbyToys I had seen photos of a 40th anniversary Mazinger the same size as this. I first found one being sold on ebay for about the same price as this one I've found a side by side comparison video already, although not as complete (the comparison) as I'd have liked. Thank you.

@dabicho it’s the regular DX release. People call it 40th anniversary because originally it’s supposed to be labeled as 40th anniversary but Bandai released it as regular 11 years ago.

If you’re in here in the US I suggest registering in Amazon japan. Almost chogokin japan exclusive and non exclusive Amazon japan do preorders or sells them there. Amazon japan uses DHL which is super fast shipping.

Oh ok. We don’t pay import tax here in the US. If I bought from Bandai USA I would have paid $100 to $150 more compared to Amazon Japan’s price including shipping.

@@ChinHobbyToys I have to keep purchases below Php10k to be tax free (only for the item cost, thankfully). that is why I oftentimes buy from local sellers.
