This is my favorite movie, and I'm a huge Bethany fan!

My Lord what a great movie. I've never surfed. I do swim well. She seems to embrace heaven with surfing.

Helen Hunt had a teenage body even in 2011! She still looks great in 2023 at 59 years young.👍

lucky, they learned how to surf, i want it too!!

@emmalemieux I kno thats what you feel. But I don't think that is what she wants you to feel. I've seen a lot of the behind the scenes, and she doesn't want people to be sorry for her. I don't want to come across as rude. I just think she doesn't want people to feelsorry for her.

@ssgluverfb5000 oh neither does where i live! haha i live on the east coast and have to wait for a hurricane to be off the coast to have decent waves!!! but for now i cant even surf ... dislocated my knee last summer surfing a hurricane - guess i wasnt ready for it. :(

@ssgluverfb5000 you can learn without having to be a part of a movie lol if you live at a beach or near one i bet theres lessons being offered OR you can do what I did when I was younger (well I was 18 lol) I walked up to some surfer guys and just asked if they'd teach me. :)
