Zasalamel is literally one of the most unique move-sets in the series alongside Tira, Setsuka & Hilde. So glad he’s set in VI.

Amy Lionheart Though I like Tekken more, IMO no fighting game has more unique character move sets than soul calibur. Not even blaz blu or guilty gear.

Great confirmed info bud. I wonder how Zasalamel will look and play. As hype as I am for this game. I want project Soul take their time and don't rush it like they did with Soul Calibur 5. Now I'm waiting for Taki, Talim, Seung Mi-na and Yun Seong. 😃

Ittarra Oda he is from dynasty warriors and is the strongest one out of everyone. They should have put Connor in it except ezio.

Well Vergeben (the main source and leaker of all this) hasn't been wrong yet, either about dates, or leaks in general when it comes to DLC in other games. So he's more or less a comfirmed character, on top of the fact that the ONLY dispute is whether he will be DLC or Base game launch.

Supposedly the leaker updated something, and said that Zasalamel WILL most likely be in the base roster, and Hilde will be DLC. I really hope that's the case. Zasalamel should be in the base game, because he missed the boat in SCV and he should be a priority. Not to mention, if it's covering story up to SC3, he's REALLY important to the story of that game.

Exactly my point and I want to say thank you for telling me this and posting it in the comments. I really do appreciate it ^^ I really believe Zas will be in the base game. And those introduced in 4 and 5 will be DLC.

No problem! Yeah like I could maybe see some SC2 or 3 characters being DLC but I feel it'll more so comprise of SC4 and/or V characters more.

That's how I feel. I feel personally that to make the fanbase happiest. Put Talim and Zas in the base game plus a few others. And then put Hilde, Algol etc as DLC to make the games life last longer, and I know people would be upset at Hilde being DLC; however it would make the most sense.

I wouldn't worry too much about Sieg because he IS the counter to Nightmare, yes in SCII he wasn't there, but he's been in every one so far. Even when he wasn't either the spotlight, or plot point he was just there to 3B and forget.
