I think the "cozy" thing was the idea of redemption, it seems every boss will be "saved" rather than outright killed. I wonder how they will explain the senseless killing of Ode goons then.

I mean if you really think about how fricking grim Warframe is, Soulframe is extremely cozy. Being able to kill people really is nothing in comparison. You even got to redeem a boss instead of stomping her to a bloody pulp.

It's a massive improvement over what we saw last time but I really hope they take the time to polish the combat and give the bosses more variety in their combat actions

think the word Cozy is being misused. palia is cozy. sims is cozy. soulframe's elk being tortured by its friend while its jaw droops off, is not cozy

Well do remember that when it comes to the fantasy settings we live in a post Dark Souls/Game of thrones world with the trend for fantasy settings being "everything sucks and best you can hope for is to not make it worse" so the overall cozynes is relative. I can definitely see the Princess Mononoke inspiration they had mentioned

It was a great showcase for a prototype. I think in general the combat needs the most improvement. So i think obviously improve everything as much as they can but combat most of all

It looks like a great start, I agree that I hope they have an option for increasing mob density and difficulty. I hope they find a way to make the combat harder instead of just making the mobs soak up more damage. Smart mob AI, not just increasing armor/health pools, to increase difficulty.

I was impressed with what they showed off of this. Seems like there's going to be a tragic, yet somehow hopeful feel to this. Looking forward to seeing what else they have to show off, whenever that may be.

If theres a founders pack for this, im buying whatever the highest tier is. Look like so much fun and if its anything like warframe i will have several thousand hours of fun ahead of me.
