This is played mainly during the holidays. A family member returning to the family home after being gone for some years, welcome with open arms from the family. It's a moving song for me, as I think about the holidays when I was a kid, and all the members of my family who have since passed. We celebrate each other, and that's what we need now. Yo celebrate each other, instead of hating each other.

One of my favorite Kenny Loggins songs. If you want to hear a great Loggins and Messina song, listen to Angry Eyes. So many instruments in Angry Eyes. A truly remarkable song. I think you would both love it.

Kenny is and will always be THE VOICE for me. All these concerts at the Grand Canyon and Red Rocks are astounding. I never connected with his movie soundtrack Era. I fell madly in love with his voice when he was part of Loggins and Messina, then his early work on albums like Celebrate Me Home. Try Angry Eyes live (Loggins and Messina), and there's an awesome live duet with Michael McDonald of What a Fool Believes at Red Rocks (I think). A couple of my favorites from his debut album are Daddy's Back, and Why Do People Lie. His voice is one versatile instrument for sure!

Kenny Loggins final tour is going on now... he is 75 years young! I am going to see him tomorrow night in concert for the first time, and last. I can't wait. I love that y'all do these older songs!!

I never heard that one. The sax is good though. The best sax solo in all of rock and roll history is by David Sanborn in Eric Clapton and Sheryl Crow's live cover of Little Wing.

This is one of my 2 favorite songs by Kenny Loggins. The other one is "Baby Mine". You should check it out. It helped me so much after my oldest boy was killed.

I've always liked this song but not this long-drawn-out live version. It's just not my thing. My 2 favorites are Meet Me Halfway (theme song from my favorite movie of 1987 Over the Top and House at Pooh Corner/Return to Pooh Corner, but I like a handful or so of others from him as well. Then there's a few I like with him from Loggins & Messina as well.
