All the qestions disappear when you realize yourself Mr. Ted. Anybody tells anything that's just information but not the real knowledge. So instead of knowing about others experiences, just be empty(without thought) at all the time of the day. The key to calm the mind is to accept everything that had happened or happening with u or around u. Stay empty for longer time, u will realize yourself.

indeed just as adiguru shankracharya says _ neti.neti.neti and Nirvana shatakam _ Chidananda roopam shiv oham shivoham or as Ashtavkra gita says _ you are neither mind body nor intellect .verily u r the Absolute . n Ted sir .its gud to share .as Ramana Maharishi did at times Tho being with a Realised being is itself a lesson . thanks indeed

Om sai Ram, I'm really impressed with the videos of experiences with swami. Believe it or not, I'm addicted to your videos daily am listening before the sleep. But few other sources in the youtube deviate our spiritual path, especially 1993 incident in ashram. Can you plz let us know what has actually happened during that time?
