If you didnt already get it from the ending 3:33, this run was spliced, I used a private bug that currently allows any gamemode to have an infinite amount of rerolls per floor. I cut out the 1000+ rerolls it took to get 14 vampire npc skips. I had to edit over 4 hours of rerolling footage for a 3 minute clip lol... However, the timing is genuine, no mods, hacks, probability modifications. This is what it would look like if someone managed to get 14 vamp skips in a row In theory, this is the fastest possible method to beat the game. 14 vamp skips IS POSSIBLE, just that the chances are incredibly low. As for the bug that let me get infinite rerolls, its still private so youre gonna have to wait till it gets leaked somehow :L
