I’m a musician, and I heard about the harmony balls while doing research on some sound healing instruments. I have a question. Are harmony bals and Chinese Baoding balls the same thing? Or are they 2 dfferent things?

Hi Sienna, they are similar, but not the same. The Chinese boading balls are lower in sound. The harmony balls have a higher, lighter fairy-like sound ;)
