Don't mind the yellow border that appears, I forgot to click the correct window as I was recording on OBS.

Technically, the PS3 version is meant to run at 60fps, but it dips all the time. And you can play Sonic Unleashed on a Series console, which will run at a more consistent 60fps. But yeah, it sure is.
