I honestly never considered Sony as a contender for $100 - $150 price range. When i think of Sony, i think of their $300 cans. Good to know that Sonys lower cost products aren't just some lazy cash grab

Man I’m glad you did this review. I’ve seen so many videos saying them sound core headphones were so good for $99. I didn’t even think about headphones in the $130/$140 range. It’s not even about the money really. $99 is impulse buy for me and I almost did it. I would definitely rather get the Sony’s!!!

Good review as usual, I had the Sony 720 for a couple of weeks but couldn’t get comfortable with them, they didn’t fit my ears. I was looking into buying the Soundcores just for the comfort but now I don’t think I will need to. Thanks for the realistic review.👍👍

Listening to this on Sony CH-720n, and the level of audio quality it provides after some EQing is absolutely insane. ANC is decent, has multipoint, extremely light with soft earcups and you've your bang for buck. These are probably one of the most underrated headphones in this price range.

Appreciate your honesty Flossy. The other youtubers that reviewed these praised them as they were reading of a script, except for maybe one or two channels. I would love to watch a video comparing the 100-150$ market. I think a mic comparison will also be helpful.

Big Soundcore fan here but glad you kept it 100 Floss, good and bad. You loved the Liberty 4 NC buds and like you said there's other good Soundcore stuff when they do it right. Everything I own from them has good bass, they're known for it. My guess, there'll be a firmware update or two before long.

I absolutely love your point discussing volume and ANC. I currently use the Soundcore Life Q20 Headphones and when I first put them on, I was surprised that they were not as loud as my previous headphones that didn't have noise cancellation. After one day of usage, my ears got completely used to the ANC and recommended volume of the Q20 that it hurt if I tried going to max volume. You absolutely don't need to blast your music if the ANC is even just decent. I know my headphones aren't up to the same level of ANC as Sony or Bose, but I'm glad with the price I paid I got something well worth it. Great review, Floss! #salute

Man, thanks for always keeping it real Floss. All of these reviewers always act like every soundcore new release is a game changer when i have honestly been more impressed with their speakers than headphones/earbuds. The LP3 were the biggest let down due to the fit.

I have the Soundcore headset. I’ve tried every EQ setting on normal mode and it sounds exactly how you explain it in video; however, I attempted messing with the settings while in ANC mode and when it’s at full volume, it sounds incredible. They definitely need to shoot out a software update to fix the lower volume sound quality issue along with it sounding perfectly fine in normal mode.

I liked how thorough you are with the headphones and the rants too haha. Even though you may not like doing videos on products you don't like, at least the rants are fun to hear!

I'm not even looking for new headphones since I got the Crusher ANC 2's recently for traveling and casual home listening, but my curiosity in different headphones of all price ranges always seem to get the best of me, like I have some kind of headphones OCD or something 😂 But Flossy's reviews/reactions to them always keep me coming back. (I already have a couple pairs of "audiophile headphones" like the HiFiman Edition XS, which I do love, but the Skullcandy's are such a fun headphone in a completely different way) so I wouldn't call myself an audiophile since I tend to like different sound signatures for different occasions. The honesty in this is very refreshing , even though I'm already happy with that I have got. Your honesty when watching this is a breath of fresh air. Sidenote: Your skullcandy reactions on their crusher lineup's is what made the inner bass head in me want to try them and I ended up falling in love with them. That being said, I was still very curious about the Soundcore Space One's since I had a pair of Q45's that I still liked, but decided to give them away to a 13yr old cousin of mine. The ANC in them was very good for the price but the sound was... fine? I guess. I spent hours EQ'ing them to my liking. I guess if anyone in the comments is still considering the Soundcore Space One's for it's ANC and Transparency, I've seen another review of them where the headphones earcups tend to whistle in your ears on windy days or if you're using them on bike rides... (although for bike rides or working out, I would only consider open ear, bone conduction designs) so as someone who likes many Soundcore products, I guess this one is a bit of a miss. That being said, I have never tried these ones so take my opinion with a huge grain of salt.

Ur a real one for being honest instead of getting easy sponsor money and I respect that. I got that Q45s a few month back and they’ve been amazing, not sure what Soundcore were doing here.

Although i have a feeling they will send an update in weeks or months to fix this problem.hopefully. because people was complaining same problem was with Sony xm5 or the xm4 when they came out. im happy with the XM5 and Sony WHH900N Hear On 2. i do miss the surround vpt on the XM5.

I have these. I don't think they sound bad, I just think they sound muted and distant. Floss is right, just find the sound on these lack impact. And I say that as an owner of the Life a1, and I think the sound on those is fantastic and vibrant.

Hey Floss, thank you for this review. I just finished the video and yesterday I almost bought into the hype but some people are straight up lying about these headphones. Hell, I've seen 2 videos (all reviews except yours are sponsored as of now) that said that it had almost as good noise cancellation as the beats studio pro and the airpods max. I was really about to spend abour $150 on these headphones because I live in egypt and I had to import them, so I appreciate the review and thank you for being one of the only youtubers that aren't just cheerleaders ✌️ EDIT: I got no problem with sponsored reviews don't get me wrong but some people compare it to other products in sponsored reviews which threw me the hell off 😅

I’m not even interested in either of these. But this was an entertaining and funny review. Like that part about the TP trip to the grocery store lmao. I think I need to get into headphones more cause I’ve only been into earbuds over the years. Might look into the next AirPods Max whenever they drop. The first ones seem like they’re up there with the best, except for a couple things. Floss… watch out for your hearing man. I don’t understand how you’re able to listen to everything on this channel at MAX VOLUME, no questions asked. That’s crazy bro. See an audiologist for your hearing health. I learned myself that I have lost sensitivity to higher frequencies. But I still do not play that loud for any extended periods. That’ll make me worse. Instead, I use EQ to boost those highest frequencies.

Hi Floss. Great video!! I watched DHRME's review and they said the volume is much louder than the Q45's and not by a little bit but alot. They said not to listen to them at 100 percent because it would be too loud. I will test mine when they arrive. I wish you would have come out with this video sooner. The only reason I was buying these is because of how loud they said they are. Thanx again!
