Stop at 12:45 and play in .25 speed. You can see what happened was a car spawned on top of another car. And pinballed it away. The cars were trying to stay in their starting position. Hence the tornado.

9:30 He is going for the 720 Inward Heelflip followed immediately by the 1260 Inward Triple Heelflip very difficult trick and it's looking good 720 and only one flip a Heelflip then now the 1260 inward triple AND HE LANDED BOLTS! I know you may be thinking “he lost two wheels and that instantly kills you” but if you look at 10:40 he lost two wheels and was still alive.
