Great comparison. Although I always prefer a dynamic driver/balanced armature setup, I like the warm yet detailed sound signature of the 3 SE and its price even better. Changing the stock eartips made the sound even better for my preference. More power to your channel.

Good information again as always thanks. I'm having a really good time with these budget earbuds I didn't think that would be possible but it seems as if the budget buds are closing the gap between them and the high end ones. I hope Mpow keeps moving forward as well I use the M12 and I love it.🤔👍

That beryllium tweeter on og Truengine SE is damn good. Good details and natural timbre. Got a chance to test them at a local audio store. Don't know about the H1 but it might be a little metallic because of balance armature.

@@loss2570 Yes. I went through 4 pairs until I found a working set. The first one, one of the buds, I think the left one stopped syncing to blue tooth entirely, they also had weird sound. The second one had good sound but then started making digital squeaking noises in the high end after about a day. Or at least that's when I noticed it. Third one also stopped syncing to the Bluetooth after a day or two. The fourth one seems to be good and in working order for a few months now. But I exchanged with amazon 3 times to get the working pair.

H1 has a much cleaner and brighter sound. The Apollo Bold are bass cannons and lack refinement.

No. I don't compare ANC to non-ANC earbuds. It's not a fair comparison. You either need ANC or you don't. Choose accordingly.

I balance my eq on my se3 with the treble way down. Treble is very good on them but overpowering the mid and bass on standard eq mode

I've never owned a wireless earbud past those cheap knockoff ones that looked like the apple earbud. I sold those as they were garbage. On the basis of this review I just bought the H1 on Kickstarter. Hope they turn out to be good for music while exercising. Thanks for the review.

When it comes to earbuds I prefer the clarity over heavy bass, when it comes to headphones well it depends on what I am using them for, gaming yeah I want more bass, gives the explosions a nice feel, music well that depends as well, take classical I like having a flat response so I can hear all the instruments, funk well you gotta have the bass boosted LOL Great video looking forward to your next one.

The thing is tws is often used during commute. Flat response is usually interrupted by outside noise making it sound less prominent. I made the mistake of buying old lypertek because "i think i like flat response because i enjoy instruments" as well. And when i take it outside, its barely listenable.

@@77dris yeah I had this issues with 3 pairs of the 3SE and the H1 Premium after about 3 to 4 months of usage one earbud would give out sadly. Amazing sound quality but would say the same for build I guess. I'm using the JBL Club Pro Plus and the XM4s now! Only other company I had similar issue was with Samsung buds plus

Do they both support AAC codec like you said in the video? By refering to their spec sheets, codec AAC support is not mention, they only mention about SBC and Aptx. Tq.

I have the Soundpeats Truengine SE 3 an I like it. Nice design and sound. But I want to buy a second pair of earbuds. There are two candidates, the Soundpeats H1 and the Tronsmart Apollo Bold (with QCC5124). Both uses the newest Qualcomm chip 3040 and 5124. What are the main difference between the Tronsmart Apollo Bold vs. Soundpeatd Truengine SE3 or Soundpeats H1? Maybe it it possible to make a comparasion video of it :)

3 SE has superior sound quality. The Sonic are smaller and much more stable in the ear.

No. H1 is a Hybrid Driver setup. A single dynamic driver along with a balanced armature. Also known as a 1DD/1BA design. Similar to many wired IEMs. The 3SE is a dual driver design. This one uses dual dynamic drivers. Also known as a 2DD design.

I have a 3day old H1, left earbud suddenly unresposive. When i get it inside the case, it has no light at all. I only use right earbud. Then i reset, now i cant use both earbuds, because i need both earbuds for initial pairing, since the left earbud is dead, i cant pair it to my phone....😰

I no longer recommend either the H1 or 3SE. Both have extensive quality control issues with their batteries. I prefer the Beats Fit Pro over both of these.

Sonic is noticeably more compact. With proper ear tip seal, they fit and grip better in my ears versus the 3 SE.

H1 has a better call quality and more natural. My sis's dog chewed my E12 ultra and had a little shock out of it. I'm thinking of getting an ANC earbuds like Jbuds air anc or dyplay ANC shield pro. What do you think?

Would be nice if u could talk a bit about fitting in the ear. 😁👍 When im smiling, chewing something or lying on my back my Airpods pro slip out of my ear. I think the jlab have an interesting idea with that memory foam but i spent already 200 bucks on apple, so i want hear opinions first 😅

I spoke about comfort as it pertains to my ears starting at 1:51. Comfort and fitment are highly subjective so user experience will vary. I also cannot eat with earbuds in. Regardless of ear tip design.

@@ELJefeReviews Thanks for the answer, you are absolutely right that fitment is subjective. But i noticed on in ears with "earwings" on it i have generally better hold in the ear. (Sadly there are no good with anc) I think it comes down to use scenario. When i sit still and doesnt move my face even my airpods pro sit tight. But as soon as i smile or yawn or do anything with my face maybe at the training they slip out ^^. Maybe these "tests" (excluding the eating 😉👌) would be interesting for your other viewers too 👍

H1 has superior bass response. The Buds Pro have a cleaner overall sound. If you do not ANC, the H1 are the better choice for you.

I'm confused as to why some people are only getting 5-6 hours battery life on these? Picky Audio and Kenneth Tanacka both get 11 hours at 70% volume. They both use iPhones though. Maybe android isn't as good?

I have had the Truengine SE 3 for a couple of months now and it's certainly a very impressive sound for the low asking price. I'm just wondering if the higher price of the H1 would put them nearer to the Lypertek Tevis and how they would fair against those much hyped earbuds.

Apollo Bold is closer to 3SE. Bass heavy sound with bass rolling into the mids. The H1 have much more clarity.

@@peterklapko3182 That video will be epic if a reviewer ever picks it up. Top 5 dynamic and balanced armature combo earbuds. I heard elsewhere that the Soundcore have better bass than the H1. They have a larger body, which may mean larger components. If nothing else, they have ambient pass through and noise cancellation over the H1.

I ordered 3SE today as it is on sale for 30bucks. they said it got an update and quality's now closer to h1. If thats the case it might be more bang for buck for half the price of H1.

Hi El Jefe! Can you please confirm the battery life of the H1? On your testing: 5 1/2 - 6 Hrs Battery life Soundpeats Claim: 10 Hrs battery life Other KZfaqrs also claim its around 10Hrs (ex. PickyAudio) A relative of mine introduced me to Soundpeats. He has 3 pairs of 3 SE and soundpeats gave him replacements twice because the battery of his 3SE is way too far from the claimed battery life. Could your unit be defective? If your test is 5-6hrs with the H1, then that's 40-60% less of the claimed battery life and it could be a MASSIVE CON because it's 40-60% than the claimed battery life. I hope you give it a check on your freetime fam! Thank you !

I stand behind my tests as I said in this video. Unfortunately, I cannot test again since the charging case on my H1 died 4 months after this video was made. I strongly recommend you don’t buy into the hype around the re-release and look elsewhere for TWS.
