Amazing buds, rocking the trueshift 2 for almost 2 years, never knew they can last this long for the price and warranty period, definitely a recommendation for someone wanna try earbuds but don't want to pay a high price yet

I was able to fix it. I think it was becaus eof the grill and the adhesive they used. Just remove the grill using a needle and clean it thoroughly. And it'll work fine.

Mine right bud also doesn't pair anymore . This dude's right I reset them like 20 times and the right worked for a sec then unpaired itself and turned off.

Reset it, put on the case both earbuds and push down both buttons for 10 secs and its all ( if didnt work. Try out 10 or 20 times and its all) this fix worked. For. Me.

Wow I'm glad you found that helpful. The battery model you've written down there looks like a Alkaline battery. Which is the wrong voltage and also not rechargeable. Might be a similar size tho? In a few days I'll have another look at the li-ion battery to find any markings and post them somewhere here.

@@Ashsibe no no lir batteries are rechargeable lithium battery . Available in aliexpress. Anyway i managed to remove the cover of right year bud.( it is funny is not it it is always the right year bud that goes nuts) the coin cell inside seems bigger than i thought . Did not have a way to accurately measure it but looks like the dia is 12mm

I mesured that battery at 11.8*5.7mm with all the extra packaging around it. I then removed the tape, thin foam pad etc. Then I found this model number underneath: M1254A1 0.204wh 2006 I have no idea what the '2006' means (hope it's not the year lol). But there you go. You'll probably find those model/specs on yours too under all that packaging stuff to stop the battery from shorting.

Same problem with mine, only it's the left one it doesn't sound, seems like a broken cable inside or the speaker it's damage, better buy a new one in my opinion.

If the only problem you have is that it won't go into pairing mode (only flashing white) when you take them out of the case, then pressing the touch control on the right earbud for a bit more than 6 seconds is meant to make it go into pairing mode (holding them for 10 seconds will turn them off). Sometimes double tapping it instead also seems to work for some reason. Sometimes you might also need to reset them by putting back into the charging case and holding down both touch controls until the lights turn off and on again. Then taking them both out so they can pair to one another. Anyway it's a pain. I've bought Bluetooth headphones for 7 dollars that have a reliable connection. But with these they were so unreliable I couldn't use them. Then they were turning off while I was listening to music with them. Fully charged only after a few minutes. My phone was only like two feet away.

@@Ashsibe bro i have the same problem like yours. Like when i was using it for like 10 mins. It randomly next the song and it says "pairing" and after that in a few seconds "turn off". I think the right button pad is ghost touching. I've done everything to fix it the factory reset even i clear the cache on my bluetooth phone and still have the same problem😭. And it does the same thing with my ipad too. Is there anyway to disable the touch pad? I been having this problem for about 3 days now. I try to return them but the seller seems to ignore me

@@OzyBIG I think you are right about the 'ghost touching'. Mine also once skipped to the next track before turning off. This would also explain why it also turns on by itself. The only way I can think of to disable the touch pad is to pull the right earbud apart and put some tape over the spring loaded copper contacts that connect to the touch pad (wish I thought of that before I destroyed mine lol). This may not fix it though, the problem is probably within some chip for all I know. Also Soundpeats on Aliexpress ignored my dispute. In the dispute I left a video showing how faulty the earbuds were so they hopefully couldn't dispute my dispute. Eventually the dispute process timed out on Aliexpress and I got a automatic refund.

I have the same problem. These buds are trash. Couldn't connect with my note 20 ultra and my laptop. After 2 days of wasting my precious time still could not figure it out how to make them work. Trash trash trash, save money and buy something else
