Thanks Sadhguru ,thanks everyone , thanks the universe 🙏🏽I ve been doing meditation practice for six months. Studying Buddhism, although, I could sit still and meditate for one hour ,chant for Buddha’s name. But nothing was as intensive as this chanting sound track . I did one hour with this , concentrate on the chant , I chanted with my mind ,about 50 mins later, the energy enhanced a lot in a sudden almost like a bright light from the top to the bottom went through my body , and I was gone for few seconds , then it was so beautiful , the most touching moment … You might not believe me… I was crying at the moment . Thanks the universe brings me here 🙏🏽
