As someone who has lived in China for 4 years, I find it incredible that you’re able to not only nail the cooking itself but also the way of accurately eating the dumplings by making a hole and sucking out the soup. I’ve seen almost all of your videos and it’s astonishing how well you understand different countries’ culture and habits surrounding food. You’re the person I admire the most on KZfaq.

As an Taiwanese I had never seen someone done the recipe as accurate as you did, extremely well done!!! We surely transform the soup into a gelatin form（the ingredients in the bone will relase after a long period of braising） to make sure we can put it inside the dumpling properly.

He just didnt mix the meat right and mesured everything (we mix the meat by hand in a cercular way , i dont know why , and pretty muc eye ball or use glasses as mesurements)

I am actually from China and I love Xiaolongbao (小笼包）there are a lot of other amazing dishes. not much people really do respect our culture because of war and religion but I hope everyone could love my culture over time cuz you might find food and places there,very interesting :) you earned a new sub! 👍🏻
