Can't get enough of how you boil your potatoe slices before you fry them. It makes so much sense. You have bestowed upon us salty fans the life back of how to make them potatoe chips exactly like the lays potato chips. Not Brown or soft. Just crispy crunchy and delicious and now we can make out own without the bs chemicals and artificial ingredients. And much cheaper.

So what gives the bacon flavor in it? I guess buttermilk powder is okay for sour cream flavor, but really, where is anything that resembles to bacon in this seasoning mix? Edit: I guess it's the hickory but smashing bacon to a powder form as well would work better imo.

To be fair I live in Ontario and get the actual ruffles one a lot, and they don't really taste like bacon. So I assume he was going for a replica of the actual chips instead of the literal flavor.
