So good to hear from you Sue! I know it is crazy she will be two in July!! I have made my own starter before but unfortunately let it go to waste, the starter I am using in these recipes are from a starter that was given to me by a friend!☺️

Gramps made the best sourdough pancakes. They were thin like crepes... trying to figure that out.

That sounds amazing!!!🤤 I have not tried pancakes yet. That will have to be my next venture and also looking at making discard garlic knots🧄
