My first year of school in 07, we beat England in the final. My last year (2019) in school, we defeated England in the final.

I was in Cyprus at the time and the only South African supporter amongst English supporters but I was ably supported by the Welsh in the crowd!

This game gives me goosebumps! Proud to be a South African. I was 9 at the time. First time watching it again as I cant remember much from back then lol.

English commentary was so Bias..! Boks disrupted all line outs..! The best was to see how England kicked them selves out of a game! Not to mention running out of subs on the front...! Boks deserved the win against defending world champs

as an american i only discovered rugby ( not just passing look) in 2017 i have read everything i could and have watched every match ( past) i can find ive watched every WC final going backwards up to this and expecting a good game its a shame our rugby MLR id terrible its just retirees and nobodies i give them credit physically but skill wise its so hard to watch

Just reverse the roles and heaven forbid one of the Springboks had to push and English player like that over the dead ball line there would have been a royal rumble from both the crowd, media and the referee team on the day. In my eyes that should have been a red card straight away. Biased refereeing.
