Tourism industry in South Africa is complex. Like how Dr Latasha and Mark explore a niche on. 1. We have entertainment tourism. Tom Cruise was shooting in Ladysmith recently. Hollywood is shooting in South Africa. 2. We have medical tourism. Most European monarchs and presidents even from the continent come to South Africa for delicate surgery and medical treatment. 3. We have academic tourism. Researchers and technology enthusiasts are here with strong influence in science and weapons. 4. Business Tourism. Bunch of venture capitalists. I'm afraid Chinese are number one business tourists in this category. They are scouting for collaborations and business opportunities. 5. We have leisure tourism. 6. Lastly it's the diplomats/government tourism. AU meetings, Pan African Parliament operations and other diplomatic organising. A tourist guide firm with right business model can create brand equity in all these spheres. Africans in Diaspora have capital. Your gateway to Africa is South Africa. Ultimately collaborations can be created. These are the best times. Let's talk folks and spread the news. SA bonds are top in the emerging markets. The unique inflation pandemic experienced by the worst can be leveraged by diversifying in emerging markets. South Africa is ripe.

I watch last Holiday the movie with Queen latifah and LL Cool j. Their employer told her that she couldn't advertise the cookware to the elderly people that came to see her demonstrations. But an unfortunate mishap of her bumping her head exposed the company that never told her that because of the sales that she made in her department it kept the whole store going. I believe that is the same concept they are afraid that if we knew anything about Paradise Africa that is we would leave here where we're being oppressed and take our money's there. They try to make us feel like we're not important like our money doesn't count but our money counts here and we know it but they make us think it doesn't matter.

I am so glad that at least people like you are changing the dynamics within us as Africans and African Americans. I have just retired but I wanna be part of the movement of bringing our people in diaspora home. Our American counterparts were lied to by whoever who did that. So it is in us to change their mentality. I am telling you by doing so we gonna put Africa on the map. Certain people who watched your videos, are being amazed by how it looks. You can ever be fulfilled anywhere else. Oprah Winfrey realized that a long time ago and that is why she is always here in south Africa every now and then. It is just beautiful when we are together on our highly blessed continent. Mark, please get custom-made sponge or cotton covering for the microphone of the camera so that we have quality sound. Visit first and take it step by step and you can buy big farm and build your estate and sell pieces of land for lot of money you just have to provide good water, security etc
