I don’t know if Jono will see this comment but when you (Melchor) made the observation that possibly in the future he’d be combining mediums, all I could think of was Jono’s drawings with acrylic washes to “colorize” his work! I think it would look awesome, in a futuristic/retro kind of way. I don’t know? Hope he explores the possibilities. I love his work! Melchor, I’m not familiar with your work but will certainly look you up-you were a wonderful host with Jono! Thank you for your contribution!

@@MelchorMoore washes are a technique where acrylics are “watered down” with a medium. Many artists use this technique, but one who is a master at it is Greg “Craola” Simkins. He has quite a few videos on YT. Check him out!

Your drawings ,they just poppsout,they are awsome, I loved your tutorials. I sketch a lot, I do a little bit of everything, but my graphite pencils are my favorites, pencils, ink and pen, I love to sketch. Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone, just have fun trying other mediums, your work is beautiful and mesmerizing love it ,,,I will continue to follow your tutorials, the best....Zoe

I am a fan of Jono Dry's art, but this interview was really enjoyable. I am 25 minutes behind on my day here at work because I thought every question was intriguing. Maybe because I am an artist, and as an artist I can relate to the questions and the answers, but nonetheless, great interview. Hope to see more of these. Sub'd.

"...great video...love Jono`s work...I paint in acrylics and have never varnished a painting...and never will...can make a bad painting look `good` though...!" X=0D

Paul. After this interview I painted a painting specifically to varnish it. So we’ll see how it goes. I guess I’m a little nervous. They say though if a painting is to be restored you want it varnished so you remove the varnish rather than the paint when cleaning it
