Ingredients
4 carrots julienned
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 handful cabbage
1 handful green beans
2 medium onions
1 tablespoon garlic
1 & 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ( medium)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cayenne pepper
2 chicken cubes (knorrox)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 heaped teaspoon Oregano (or mixed herbs)
Important ingredients
Nandos Prego sauce
Miami Atchar mild
1 canned baked beans

Thanks for the recipe. I leave abroad. I am from South Africa groing up we didn't have chakalaka. In fact my Xhoza hubby didn't know it either. We love it. So nutritious. We only remember stampo, makwenya, madombolo etc which we eat here. Thanks for Nutritious chakalaka. I am a nutritionist by profession. 😅😅🇿🇦🇱🇸
