I made electricity for 40 years. We can not rely on wind turbines or solar to provide for us totally. There has to be hydro, nuclear and fossil fuel used. No way around it. I love your videos and the farm videos. Thanks for all of your work.

About the turbines, they have auto brakes that will shut it down for various reasons, such as an internal monitor detects a pending problem. A signal is sent to a tech alerting them of an issue,,,within a day or so a tech will be out to analyze the issue.

Any power we get from solar and wind is that much less gas or oil in that moment. Free beyond the cost of equipment. Sometime i think the wind turbines are off for different reasons at different times. Either way the power grid is “fluid “ as I understand .. except for Texas. 🧐
