No idea on Scuba dive. Actually Goa is not best place for Scuba dive. You will regret after experiencing Scuba dive in goa so avoid it and plan in Gokarna or lakshadweep or Andaman

July is rainy season you can enjoy only waterfalls so not recommended. From August to October. Good November to February Best. December prices too much.
