I think who ever did her makeup did amazing job. Thank you, for not doing the typical “ white” makeup. I could tell that the makeup artist tried her best to match her skin tone as best as possible, but it’s refreshing to see that you emphasized how dark is just as beautiful. I know how difficult it is in most South Asian countries such as India, Bangladesh, or even Pakistan to even find dark shade foundation, it’s just not as easily accessible in the market. Most people forget when they live aboard (U.S.A, London, Europe,etc) that most customers are blessed to have more than 20+ fondation shades, that they are fortunate. That’s not the case in most countries where emphasis is on fairness, that the dark skin women usually over looked for their needs and want. So I hope you find many more success in your business.

When I was a little girl, I went to summer school and saw Indian children for the first time. Their color was richly dark and had jet black long flowy hair. I could not stop staring at them because I never seen that combination. From then, I always thought Indians were one of the most beautiful people on earth. Fast forward to today. I am Haitian, my husband is Italian. Everywhere we go they ask if my daughter is Indian. She took A lot of mommy melanin, and came out with bone straight hair from daddy. Its amazing how we're all so beautiful in our own unique way. I was teased a lot for being dark skin. Bullied heavily. I married and my daughter came out with rich melanin skin. When I say in love!!!!😍
