15:50 This is a joke referencing the "OMG they killed Kenny!" "You bastards!" line. Technically in this situation, no one killed Kenny so when she asks who killed them, Stan and Kyle simply reply with you know them. Also the entire concept of attempting to save Kenny's life is a foreign concept to the boys. Some think Stan and Kyle might be referring to Matt and Tret when they say that line which would make sense since some guess that the characters know that they are in a show.

Yes, Flea from RHCP actually recommended that Trey go to Costa Rica for his vacation in a conversation, and he hated it there so much that every word out of Cartman's mouth in this episode were things he wanted to say to Flea in response for recommending he take his girlfriend there.

The "they" line is breaking the 4th wall and letting us know that more often than not, when they say "they" they're talking about Matt and Trey. Because technically, they're the ones killing Kenny all the time 😅

Not that they did a bad job I'm just glad they stopped using celebrity voices. Family guy actors and writers has admitted to pulling punches after having met people at parties. It would have gotten ugly like it sort of did with Chef even though it turned out to be fake. At some point if a celebrity was a regular they would have encountered a problem.
