Here is an unboxing of the volumes 1-5 and 6-10 Blu-Ray sets of South Park, as well as a look at the South Park Bigger, Longer & Uncut movie and a quick peek at the seasons 11-15 DVD set.

The seasons of this series took forever to get a Blu-ray release. We're talking about a TV show that premiered in August 1997, but didn't start putting the episodes out on Blu-ray until 20 years later in December 2017. However, the movie South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut has been out on Blu-ray since June 30, 2009.

I have 1-21 on dvd. They are much more expensive to get on blu Ray when you buy second hand

Walmart cheaps out and other shops are too now when it comes to releasing TV Box Sets. I like the individual seasons personally sometimes.

I've bought box sets 1-5 , and 6-10 @ walmart... I've been searching for 11-15 on blu ray as well but no luck..and just today I found and had to buy 16-20 on bluray...pretty sweet

I came to this video because I've just got the seasons 6-10 bluray and all the discs were in the wrong order, and I wanted to see if anyone else's was. I only noticed halfway through the 1st disc when I checked an episode guide and it turns out its season 9. It doesn't say the seasons but I've since noticed that the discs do have the year of the season on them, and are colour coded for each season too.

South Park is my favourite animated television series. I have all 21 seasons on DVD and my favourites are 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, and 19. My least favourites are 20, 18, and 2.

I don't have the blu rays unfortunately. I'm not sure about the quality of the discs themselves but the quality of the episodes starts off inconsistent with the first 2 seasons (sometimes decently sharp, other times blurry) but it gradually improves with later seasons and the blurry quality was thankfully fixed. Plus Season 13 and onwards looks incredible, both quality and the show itself.

Carmen Caldwell I think the reason why Seasons 11-15 box set hasn’t released on Blu Ray yet it’s because the Blu Ray for Season 12 has 3 Discs

Looks like these are pretty much out of print already. Walmart and Best Buy no longer carry them and they are selling for high prices on eBay.

The dvds on the blue-ray releases are identical to the original dvd releases to the dvd sets . I know this because I have all the season sets on dvd.

No, the Blu-ray have been reformatted to 16:9 HD, they went back to the origina Flash files and re-rendered them.

Well that's because seasons 1-12 are 4:3, and seasons 13-up are 16:9!! So the Blu-rays are the same!

The blu-rays are remastered with extended 16:9! Except for season 11 and about half of 12, both of which are cropped to 16:9.

Now does this have all the episodes? because there were some episodes that were banned. So if it's missing those episodes it's best to buy the dvds but if they are on this then I want to get these.

Bought Season 1 & 2. They’re region free, they played perfectly on my player (my player is also region free). The only seasons that aren’t region free are Seasons 14, 15 & 16.

hi have you heard that south park seasons 11-15 box set are on blu ray now? have you heard that south park seasons 16-20 box set is on blu ray now? I bought the at Walmart when they came out back in june 2019. the are to be released again on September 17th 2019 on all online shops and on amazon and ebay too. you can find the june copys on ebay but they might be high in cost. just thought I let you know. if you plan to buy the blu ray box set of seasons 11-15 & seasons 16-20 will you do an unboxing of them?

I can understand why someone would pay extra for a bluerat disk if the media is a big hollywood blockbuster. But south park... really??? To be frank VHS/DVD/Blueray. Its all gona look the same.

The older episodes were actually remastered in HD, I believe, so in this case, Blu-Ray may be superior

@@JsBluRays What you call 'remastered' is just a fancy way of saying the media was Upscaled in Resolution. You can shoot a video in 480p and upscale it to even 8k in a video editing software like premiere pro. But its still gonna look trash.
