After a rather tight vote between the Class 143 and the 158 as my next ATW traction, it is obviously clear the latter came out on top. So today we are driving the 'Sprinter' across South Wales, let's do this!

The new 700 trains I seen a few at three bridges depot they look very nice and still got covers on the seats they is one still running around blackfires and Brighton area

I cannot see any legitimate reason as to why the slow line is 40mph there, it's a straight piece of track. In fact, I'd personally use the car because the roads are likely to be faster speed limit than 40mph anyway!

Just saying don't get distracted and leave the controls unattended cause the emergency brakes will apply. Like the 395. You should do the class 68, since it came out yesterday

You'll find that a lot of companies that lack electrification on their networks will run the 158, ScotRail, Northern Rail etc.

Dawn The trains itself is a DLC, and it comes with another train (Forgot the class) and they are both Arriva Trains Wales livery :)

I wish they added London Marylebone to Birmingham Snow Hill :P At the end of the day, if train companies such as Virgin and London Midland don't wish to co-operate there is little we can do, after all making a route would most likely require research trips for accuracy etc. Doesn't mean to say there is no hope however, we can get a slice by asking for the Watford DC Line and East Croydon to Milton Keynes Central ;)

No ERTMS in the 158?

As it's only intended for a low priced twin pack for South Wales Coastal and the ERTMS is only used in 158s on the Cambrain route, I doubt it would be worth all that modelling/setup for absolutely no benefit (not to mention the pack would be more expensive/take more time etc). Also I don't even know if ERTMS is possible within Train Simulator, its a very complicated signalling system and I doubt the old engine could simulate it.

A cosmetic version would have been fine even if the ERTMS wasn't functional. Mind you DTG do seem to be missing details too (like the Welsh Government logos) and the interior is the old scheme.

My guess is thats most likely because TransPennine won't let them, I doubt they would ignore such a popular request for any other reason.

I've been verified for nearly a year now. I was invited along with IC82 to KZfaq Space in London last July, usually once they get to know you personally they'll get you verified, even if you're quite a small channel as far as averages go.
